Learn More About OrthoKinetics

OrthoKinetics is a complex rehabilitation approach developed by Katerina Pek, RMT, MD (cz), CMRP . Using her many years of experience as a physician in the Czech Republic and a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada, she understands the need to treat not just the obvious but also the underlying problems associated with all conditions. You will see and feel dramatic results in just a few sessions.

OrthoKinetics is simple and it works!

The key to its success is a combination of four basic elements:

  1. Manual therapy techniques
  2. Exercise programs
  3. Movement re-education
  4. Stress/pain management – Somato-Emotional healing

OrthoKinetics utilizes cutting-edge techniques such as:

  • Matrix Repatterning: gentle manual therapy focusing on healing bones injured by impact (falls, MVA, concussion, fractures)
  • Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS): manual therapy and whole-body exercises to retrain movement patterns lost due to injury or poor posture.
  • Auricular Chromotherapy: somato-emotional approach focusing on the mind-body connection, helpful for chronic pain linked to traumatic events.

Other techniques include:

  • Cranio-Sacral Therapy
  • Visceral Manipulation
  • Ortho-Bionomy
  • Spiraldynamik
